The Taco Bell inspired Crunchwrap made at home, vegetarian style, extra creamy and delicious using black beans and cream cheese. OMG I love these! They are so easy and so satisfying. It doesn’t get much better than a burrito pocket with the crunch of a taco!
This recipe makes 4 large Crunchwraps but as I was writing this I thought how fun it would be to make smaller, appetizer sized Crunchwraps using smaller flour tortillas! I think that’s reason enough to invite a few friends over!
