When I decided to become a Vegan, I thought I was going to need the help of Tinkerbell to create a tasty meal without dairy products. I honestly didn’t think I was ever going to have a great tasting meal again. But, I told myself it was worth the sacrifice for the health benefits and to reconcile my love for animals.
To my utter amazement, and I’m not exaggerating at all, becoming a Vegan also introduced me to some of the best tasting and satisfying foods I’d ever come across! I still can’t get over it. If you’re willing to take the time to learn to cook Vegan, you can not only save yourself a bunch of money, but you’ll be healthier.
